Assitant Finance Manager

Description

Actively engage with MA (Market Access) department to understand and co-develop the commercial policy by deeply understanding company’s business strategy.
Lead the planning cycle NTS price development to reflect the business dynamic.
Perform GTN (Gross to Net) components BVA analysis, prior and post the quarter end closing to ensure revenue related expenditure are properly calculated and reflected on finance book
Supervise and monitor commercial operational team operate and price maintenance in accordance with SOX /compliance requirement
Continuous development of processes & reports to drive increased operational efficiency by leading a simplified while robust price process
Play an integral role in FP&A team to connect the dots among business trend, channel mix and insights from policy impact to drive an accurate top lineforecasting
Ad hoc analysis to support Business needs

**Qualifications**:

- Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline from reputable
- Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification e.g., CPA/CMA/CFA etc. is preferred

Experience and Skill
- Over 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting / financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical a skills are required
- The ability to understand, translate and integrate multiple data sources into actionable insights to drive decision-making is required
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements is required
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills are required
- Organization and strong communication skills are required.
- The ability to design business processes and can work effectively in a new, dynamic, and fast paced environment is required
- Selfcare / PharM/FMCG MNC experience is preferred
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related role is preferred
- Strong project management skills are preferred
