**General Job Description**
We are looking for a person with broad experience in sales closing, knowledge in sales management and desire to grow. Advance written and verbal English level skills is a must. You will be in charge of developing and contacting leads and generating business meetings, you will be responsible for closing sales by promoting our services and participating in activities and events that will allow you to generate new contacts and potential customers. Also, you will take part on the recruitment of your sales team, their training, setting and reaching quotas and monitoring of objectives.

BE THE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Maintain a weekly and monthly call
- appointment and sales quota.
- Stay up to date about existing services and learn about new services as they are developed.
- Develop calling and prospect lists.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Build relationships with customers, qualified leads, industry professionals and journalists.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push our brand image and business services and discuss them with the General Manager.
- Participating in social events, corporate events, trade shows and workshops.
- Help with hiring, evaluation and training of new sales representatives
- Sales team training and motivation
- Hold meetings with sales staff to review monthly goals, measure, tracking and analyzing sales statistics results and close ability
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Provide community feedback
Measure sales teams results, developing reports, metrics, and performance evaluation
**Qualifications for the Job**
Education requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Administration, business administration, accountancy, marketing or related. (required)
- Specialization courses on management, project manager, sales strategies or related. (Desirable)
- Knowledge in digital platforms like Pipedrive (CRM), Monday, Google analytics, HubSpot, Microsoft 365 or others related. (required)
- English Level: Advanced-Professional (required). Proficiency will be verified through testing.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
**Experience requirements**
- 3+ years of experience as a sales agent, supervisor, or manager. (required)
- Sales and public relations or any customer service experience. (required)
- 1+ years of experience as a sales agent with companies in USA. (Desirable)

**Salary**: S/.2,800.00 - S/.4,600.00 per month
