**We’re hiring: Inside Sales Executive, based in Lima, Peru.**
**Sounds great - what’s the role in a nutshell?**
Support Inside Sales team in administrative tasks, content and artworks to deploy the Sales strategy and strengthen the relationship with current and potential clients, affiliations and trade newsletters to increase sales through marketing initiatives and sales materials. Create, execute, approve, deploy and provide proofs of the execution of initiatives in coordination with Sales managers and Inside Sales team.
**The Day to Day**:
- **Trade E-letters**: Create and execute the Trade E-letter Strategy and Calendar.
- **Affiliations (Virtuoso, Signature, and other agencies)**: Work on the Affiliation and consortia strategy.
- **Virtuoso Consortia**:coordinate with Sales Managers and Inside Sales Coordinator the topics and strategy in all channels that the membership provides us.
- **Virtuoso Marketing Plan**: coordinate with Director of Sales for North America and Inside Sales Coordinator the strategy to create, execute, approve, deploy and collect proofs of the execution of all Initiatives included and geared to B2B & B2C target.
- **Signature Consortia**:keep our company profile updated and share monthly news and promo on Signet platform.
- **Coordinate with Creative Marketing the creation of artworks and updates of sales materials **(i.e Honeymoon, MICE, Places of interest).
- Create campaigns in Zoho CRM for initiatives related to consortia, affiliations and newsletters.
- Renewal of affiliations memberships.
- Follow up of signing contracts and approve payments for Affiliations.
- Create Monthly Inside Sales Team Initiatives report to share with CFO.
- Participate in weekly calls with Sales and Reservations team.
- Participate in monthly calls with CFO, Sales, Reservations and Marketing teams.
- Participate in different calls with DOS, team or external parties (i.e. Virtuoso, Signature, etc.).
**What are we looking for?**
- Graduated in Tourism and Hospitality or Marketing.
- Years of proven experience as executive in Marketing and Commercial departments of Tourism and Hospitality companies handling content for editorials/advertising.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrate excellent writing skills in English and Spanish
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, precise and timed delivery. Ability to manage last minute requirements and work with team members in different time zones.
- Exhibit a high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
- High proactivity in embracing opportunities and anticipating issues.
- Good experience with technologies and systems.
- Proficient in MS Office.
