Forex Affiliate Manager

The role is for a forex and CFD broker with registered Offices in UK, Honk Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. They offer over 500 trading instruments including FX pairs, Stocks, Indices and Cryptocurrencies.

Due to the expansion of our global operations, we are currently looking to hire an experienced Head of Affiliates in Peru. This role will offer a competitive salary along with a very generous commission structure.
- Reach out to new and existing customers by expanding reach across the web. and assist in growing existing online affiliate programs for maximum customer exposure.
- Searching, attracting and onboarding new affiliates for CPA, CPR, Flat fee models for all GEOs available in the affiliate program (40+);
- Provide incentives to top-performing affiliates to assist them in maximising their efforts.
- Analyse affiliate performance and deal negotiations and reporting activities with affiliate partners.
- Review new partnership offers, and provide appropriate feedback.
- Create and maintain liaison with operations, accounting and sales to ensure that affiliates’ needs are efficiently managed.
- Ensure that continuous communication takes place with affiliate partners on an everyday basis

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the FX industry
- Have already built great contacts within the CFD/FX sector with a portable client base
- An ability to find and establish strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, agencies, as well as a transferable book of IB's and affiliates
- A pool of trusted affiliates or networks in the European and South American regions is considered as a strong advantage;

**Salary**: S/.2,000.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lima, Lima: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
