Overview: Join a leading multinational company with abundant career growth opportunities. This role involves supporting the Finance Manager in Latin America, primarily in Peru, encompassing a diverse set of financial tasks demanding a solid grasp of financial concepts and a high level of responsibility.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting balance sheet analysis
  • Performing income statement analysis
  • Managing payments and cost allocations
  • Executing journal entries
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
  • Analyzing cash flow
  • Handling payroll analysis
  • Managing FOREX transactions
  • Providing information to tax consultants
  • Assisting in audit queries
  • Supporting the finance manager
  • Reconciling accounts

You'll need to have:

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Accounting experience
  • Understanding of general ledger
  • Experience in journal entries
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Degree in accountancy, finance, or relevant field

You'll also have:

  • Proficiency in Oracle (preferably Oracle Cloud)
  • Experience in tax consultancy or corporate finance
  • Familiarity with Peruvian tax system
  • International finance exposure
  • Professional accountancy certification
