**¿De qué se trata el trabajo?**
- Construye relaciones sólidas y productivas con los clientes, el equipo de servicio técnico, los productos y las funciones de ventas
- Gestiona las métricas del departamento de servicio y monitorea continuamente los níveles de servicio
- Supervisa y gestiona la administración del servicio y los equipos de soporte técnico telefónico
- Asegura que todas las solicitudes de los clientes se respondan de manera oportuna y eficiente.
- Maneja llamadas telefónicas y contactos escalados de clientes que no están satisfechos con nuestro nível de servicio o que desean escalar la naturaleza de su solicitud.
- Llevar las quejas de los clientes a una resolución satisfactoria.
- Responsable de la preparación y distribución de los informes financieros del servicio.
- Garantiza una formación suficiente para el equipo de servicio sobre el procedimiento y el protocolo del departamento.
- Interactua con las funciones departamentales para garantizar la excelencia en el servicio y la respuesta oportuna a todas las solicitudes.
- Trabaja como miembro del equipo de servicio y contribuye a impulsar el MWB#4
- Proporciona apoyo al equipo de Liderazgo del Servicio Técnico mediante el desarrollo y la presentación de informes estadísticos de rendimiento mensualmente o según sea necesario.
- Supervisa el uso diario de la aplicación Service SAP CS
- Supervisa las actividades rutinarias de administración del servicio diario (llamadas telefónicas, pedidos, solicitudes de clientes) como parte de sus actividades diarias
- Impulsa la mejora continua en el proceso de sustitución de piezas en garantía
- Mantenimiento y asignación de existencias de servicios, incluida la creación de nuevas piezas de repuesto en el sistema SAP y el mantenimiento de la lista de precios de materiales.
- Mantenimiento de Base Instalada
- Mantenimiento del Contrato de Mantenimiento del Servicio
- Responsable de la seguridad personal y de los demás de acuerdo con la Ley de seguridad y salud en el lugar de trabajo.
- Esta en contacto con el personal de servicio y los contratistas con respecto a cualquier ámbito de trabajo en el sitio.
- Deberes administrativos generales tales como seguimiento de deudores, emisión de Órdenes de Compra (PO), facturación y cronograma de entrega.
- Gestiona acuerdos de proveedores de servicios aprobados [ASP] y coordinar la formación y la certificación
- Supervisa la función administrativa de repuestos en coordinación con 1Office Manager
- Supervisa la función, el proceso y el flujo de trabajo del soporte técnico en línea
**¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?**
- Competente en MS Office, especialmente en MS Excel.
- Mente analítica con buenas habilidades de organización y planificación.
- Ingeniosa (o), Orientación al cliente con buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Conocimiento de SAP (deseable)
