**Your Role and Responsibilities**
This role is focused on plan and spend management for the Kyndryl CIO organization. It deals with complex and diverse spend types and requires an individual with strong numerical and analytical ability capable of independent innovative thinking. The role provides day to day support to the Bus Ops leadership developing reports, providing financial insights and opinion and working to optimize and automate our operational processes.
**Responsibilities**:
¾ Validate and consolidate different variety of reports
¾ Control source cost, e.g. investment projects cost, labor cost, vendor costs, etc.
¾ Manage intercompany agreements (ICAs) and Document of Understandings (DoUs)
¾ Provide guidance on cost allocation
¾ Administration of HC structure
¾ Report actual YTD spend, forecast FY spend and resolve potential issues/gaps
¾ Develop annual spending plans, justifying YoY changes
¾ Adjust and/or develop own Excel report structures as required
¾ Perform ad-hoc data analysis, advise on decisions to be taken
¾ Investigate and drive correction of gaps identified
¾ Review and track spend requests
¾ Communicate with Project managers, Service managers, Finance analysts, Tool admins, Planners, etc.
