- Our client is a leading offshore wind developer in Taiwan. The ONS Package Manager will be responsible for all onshore renewable EPCI projects. Responsibilities will include the coordination and completion of the full project scope, delivering the project on time and within budget will be your primary responsibility.

Duties will include overseeing all aspects of the project from its inception through to final completion. This will include working closely with other departments within the business, working to deadlines, assigning responsibilities and control, monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project. This will entail preparation and presentation of detailed reports for the executive management team.

You will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 7+ years of experience working within the EPC field and related area, alternatively you may have worked directly in the industry for 12+ years. You will be familiar with a variety of operating concepts, practices and procedures. Your related commercial experience and judgement in planning and execution,and then to perform your tasks in a variety of conditions within a dynamic working environment will place you in an advantageous position.

A vocal communicator and able to lead and direct work teams, contractors and stakeholders are critical elements to the role. A wide degree of creativity and latitude will be given and is expected. You will also represent the business in a senior role and will be expected to enhance the organisation's reputation by acting professionally and by owning the project and all of its responsibilities. As an ambassador for the business you will be open to accomplishing new and different requests such as exploring opportunities that add value to the project and the business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in a project management role
- Experience in project management of high voltage (69kV or 161kV or 220kV) onshore
engineering which including substation and cable design, supply & installation projects
in Taiwan
- Experience in tendering, negotiation, and contractor selection
- Degree or equivalent experience in either electrical or civil engineering
- Experience in Wind Industry
- Knowledge and experience of managing HSE issues in similar onshore engineering
projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Mandarin)
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
