The eleven rooms, some of which have restored high-vaulted ceilings, are spread around the first floor's main terraza and patio. On the second floor the parador's rooftop "El Techo de CIRQA'' overlooks the surrounding neighbourhoods and showcases the city's volcanoes.
- Description du poste: Check the arrival and departure dates of each reservation, receive and/or dismiss guests by performing Check-in and Check-out on their shift, verifying that the guest record is with the correct data in the operating system.
- Attend and provide help to guests during their shift: wake up, recommendations, assistance, medicines, oxygen, food and drinks, etc.
- Attend and adequately respond to internal and external telephone calls that arise during their shift.
- Keep daily control of the issuance of Documentation and Payment Receipts (Guest Registration, Invoices, Sales Tickets, Credit Notes, etc.), by work shift and day.
- Review the notebook of occurrences in order to solve the inconveniences or complaints that arise during their shift.
- Carry out the daily closure of the Hotel's operating system, for the change of date.
- Carry out the daily closing of the transactions carried out in the Hotel's POS.
- Description du profil: Knowledge of hotel management system with reports to the Hotel Manager and Accounting.
- Minimal experience of 6 months is required.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work in Arequipa.
