**DUTIES**:
The Resource Coordination Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Resource Coordination Specialist designee and has no supervisory responsibilities. Incumbent is the leading Public Diplomacy LE Staff responsible for all matters related to grants administration. Responsible for the preparation of grants of $20,000 and above, and cooperative agreements that support Public Diplomacy (PD) projects and programs countrywide, acting as grants administrator. Determines the use of multiple and diverse funding streams for grants and cooperative agreements and ensures their compliance with all relevant U.S. government regulations and Peruvian laws. Provides support for all administrative responsibilities related to budget, procurement, supply, and logístical support for Public Diplomacy projects and programs countrywide. Acts as Sub-Cashier. Serves as back-up to the Resource Coordination Specialist in order to execute the budget and provide advice on management of accounting documents.

**EXPERIENCE**: A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in budget, accounting, business administration, financial management, public administration, project management, or grants management is required.

**EDUCATION**:University degree in business administration, financial management, accounting, or public administration is required.
