As the
**Sales Coordinator**, you are a passionate
***customer service and sales expert
***who plays a key role in supporting the Sales team in ensuring excellent operational standards and achieving sales targets.
You enjoy a fulfilling and exciting role where you assist the sales team in the region in preparing quotes, and contract documents, assist with inventory management reports, administration of costs, purchases, and provision of services to ensure the efficient management and operation of the regional sales office.
You are a champion when it comes to building trust-based relationships with customers, keeping them well informed by providing advice on products dispatched and currently on order, and expediting improved deliveries when required.
You are an effective multi-tasker who is able to ensure the timely and accurate processing of quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and other customer-related requests through the sales office with effectiveness and efficiency. As part of the sales team, you will contribute to the success of managing customer expectations and maximizing sales.
With your high attention to detail and strong customer service skills, you will assist in providing proactive solutions while engaging with a range of key stakeholders such as the Sales Manager, Regional Sales Team, and Supply Chain (Order Fulfilment, Logistics, Warehouse).
**Key Technical Criteria**:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken required
- Demonstrated experience in Excel
- Preferable experience in CRM “Sales Force”
- Experience working in Manufacturing, Industrial, Foundry, and Mining preferred
- Based in Lima, Peru this role offers plenty of opportunity for career progression into other front-line Sales roles within Bradken._
