Descripción del puesto:
Dar lineamientos y validar que el desarrollo de la ingeniería y los proyectos cuenten con una visión global y estratégica, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad corporativa. El nombre de la posición podría variar según solicitud del cliente.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

- Consensuar y ajustar con el Jefe de Disciplina/Jefe de Proyecto la forma de plasmar en el desarrollo del proyecto de ingeniería la visión global y sistémica que responda a los requerimientos del cliente y a los lineamientos de la organización.
- Confirma la calidad técnica de los entregables y su consistencia acorde a los estándares y/o normas internas y externas.
- Respalda y argumenta técnicamente las bases, alcances y conceptualizaciones globales de los estudios y/o diseños de ingeniería en situaciones de falta de acuerdo (internas o externas).
- Participa en la formación y desarrollo de ingenieros y proyectistas de categorías menores.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares y requerimientos de Medio ambiente, seguridad y Salud ocupacional.
- Cumplir con los estándares y requerimientos del Sistema de Gestión Integrado.

Cualificaciones y experiência:

- Mínimo Titulado y colegiado en Ingeniería civil o afines.
- Especialidad: Geotécnia.
- Al menos 08 años de experiência en elaboración de propuestas de la disciplina.
- Conocimiento de ratios de productividad por entregable (criterios de diseño, memoria de cálculo, informes técnicos (estabilidad, trade-off, trabajos de campo)
- Gestión de estudios y en proyectos multidisciplinarios
- **Conocimientos técnicos en**:

- Diseños geotécnicos
- Procesamiento e interpretación de resultados de investigaciones geotécnicas
- Definición y planificación de programas de investigaciones geotécnicas para las distintas etapas de un proyecto (perfil, prefactibilidad, factibilidad, detalle)
- Participar y liderar el desarrollo de entregables y/o documentos en la disciplina de geotécnica
- Elaboración de informes geotécnicos, memoria descriptiva, análisis de estabilidad de taludes, capacidad de carga, cimentaciones, entre otros).
