**About The Opportunity**
We are looking for a Billing & Collections Intern to support the Billing & Collections area in Lima, Peru. In this role, you will:
- Will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the billing & collections team, the overall objective is ensure our members’ invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner. Also, taking care of the process for all non alternative revenue.- Provide a high-quality experience to both our members and our internal and external teams.- Download the daily bank statements of Citibank and Banco de la Nación so everything can be processed on time.- Inform system support teams of any system features that are not working properly (“bugs”)- Respond to and resolve all Member Support Requests within the defined SLA, while providing financially accurate information and highest quality member experience.- All the areas, specially with Community, Events and Growth.
**About You**
Does the below sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you- Studying the 8th or 9th cycle of your career: Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.- Intermediate English required- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage critical situations- Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals- Interpersonal and communication skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive Systems
