**Descripción general de la posición**

Recopilar la información precisa por cada cliente a fin de facturar de forma correcta todos los servicios e ingresos de la empresa, cumpliendo con el proceso de facturación de forma eficiente.

**Descripción del Puesto**
- **Facturación de Embajada USA.**
- Descargar una base diaria, con las trx del día anterior, adaptar el reporte según el tipo de estándar que utiliza la Embajada.
- Revisar el reporte para no facturar algún fee que no corresponda.
- Genpact coloca los documentos en las carpetas de cada pax y de cada dependencia.
- Revisar que las carpetas tengan los documentos tal cual el reporte.
- TIEMPO: 3 hrs aprox. (dependiendo de la respuesta de genpact)
- **Conciliaciones de Embajada USA**
- Una vez al mes se reciben dos estados de cuenta (USAID y STATE) de todas las dependencias de la embajada (8 tarjetas aprox).
- Realizar la conciliación para que cuadre exactamente con el estado de cuenta, enumerando y detallando cargo por cargo.
- Solicitar a cobranzas el detalle de las facturas cargadas, ya que en el estado de cuenta no se detalla el número de factura cargada, solo aparece “CWT FEE”.
- Buscar cada factura en cada carpeta del día, del mes, según la dependencia, para identificar a que boleto corresponde cada fee.
- TIEMPO: 4-6 hrs aprox. (dependiendo de la respuesta de cobranzas).
- **Correcciones de Embajada USA**
- Realizar modificaciones manuales por boletos que caen mal de Sabre/Power Turbo hacia TMA: Boletos en conjunción, boletos mal desglosados por temas de IGV, desglose de documentos porque una parte la paga embajada y otra parte la paga el pasajero.
- Anulaciones de fees, porque consultores (fuera de fecha) avisan que el boleto no lleva fee. El proceso ideal es que avisen que el boleto no lleva fee al momento de la emisión, porque el fee se factura el día siguiente de la emisión (porque los reportes son diarios)
- TIEMPO: 30min aprox.
- **Facturación LT (vacaciones - personales) BT.**
- Facturar según condiciones ya definidas para el cliente Leisure
- TIEMPO: 15min aprox.
- **Revisar No Facturados y facturar los pendientes.**
- Analizar la base de no facturados recibida mensualmente.
- Facturar y anular líneas de fees según corresponda.
- TIEMPO: 30min aprox.
- Elaborar reportes/facturación de L’Oreal, Embajada, BAT, Ericsson, Cumbra.
- TIEMPO: 4hrs aprox.
- **Facturación fees y servicios Billback.**
- Facturación de servicios de hoteles (L’Oreal, Cumbra, BAT, Ericsson) y fees de cada uno según su periodo.
- TIEMPO: 4hrs aprox.
- **Soporte a Genpact por facturación de Clientes.**
- Hacer seguimiento en facturación de Cumbra (hoteles y aéreos) y Embajada (fees, visas, assist card)
- TIEMPO: 2hrs aprox.
- **Solicitud de autorizaciones para facturar (OS, OC, OSE).**
- Solicitar creación de OS a Cumbra, para poder facturar los hoteles y fees de hoteles, para posteriormente hacer seguimiento de pagos.
- En caso no den respuesta, insistir con apoyo de la CE.
- TIEMPO: 1hr aprox.
- **Reporte y Facturación Settlement.**
- Settlement de Master Card, P&G, HPI, HPE, Walmart, Accenture, General Electric, Citibank y BAT
- Facturación de P&G, HPI, Accenture, luego que el encargado lo apruebe.
- TIEMPO: 3hrs aprox.
- **Reportes de clientes para cargo a TC y búsqueda de TC.**
- Analizar el EECC y colocar la Tarjeta de Crédito correspondiente al cargo.
- En el caso de Cumbra, entrar a factura por factura porque tiene 3 tarjetas y se debe revisar a cuál cargar.
- TIEMPO: 2 hrs aprox.
- **Conciliación de Tarjetas de Crédito de Clientes.**
- Luego de recibir el Estado de Cuenta, elaborar la conciliación correspondiente y que cuadre con el EECC.
- Los clientes que tienen Estado de cuenta aparte de Embajada son: Accenture, BAT, Ericsson.
- TIEMPO: 1hr aprox.
- **HelpDesck - Atención, gestión y respuestas a consultas y reclamos de clientes externos e internos.**
- Procurar dar una atención inmediata, o lo más pronto posible, a los clientes y a las mismas personas de CWT, para agilizar procesos y evitar quejas o reclamos por parte de los clientes.
