**Senior SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) Specialist**

Opportunity

As a Senior SAP FICO Specialist, you will drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO solutions. Collaborating closely with decision-makers and users, you will ensure that financial processes align with business needs and provide continuous support for system improvements. Reporting directly to the Information Systems Lead, you will manage integrations across key SAP modules, promote change management, and ensure seamless transitions during upgrades and enhancements.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Lead the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business decision-makers to analyze financial processes and align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
- Ensure effective communication across operational, technical, and change management teams to promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Support change management efforts related to projects, system upgrades, and process enhancements, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Act as a mentor and consultant within the Information Systems organization, providing guidance to internal and external consultants.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, delivering expert-level support during system upgrades and maintenance.
- Ensure the integration of SAP FICO with other key SAP modules, including MM, EAM (PM), and PS.

About the profile:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP Certification is required.
- Proven experience in the integration of SAP FICO with MM, EAM (PM), and PS modules.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FI and CO modules to fulfill business requirements and enhance financial processes.
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO system settings, including banking, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and internal/external reporting.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP FICO issues, encompassing troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system upgrades.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system changes are thoroughly validated and meet quality standards.
- Extensive experience in hybrid environments involving both project and support operations.
- Familiarity with COUPA and knowledge of its integration with S/4HANA.
- Understanding of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (ITIL).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and reach consensus.
- Ability to work well under pressure while managing both planned and unplanned activities.
- Passion for motivating and mentoring others.
- Effective communicator and presenter with global, cross-cultural work experience.
