**Specialist-Guest Experience - (Mesero Intermitente)**

La posición se encargará de la atención directa a los clientes del Restaurante, poniéndole suma importancia a los estándares de servicio que nos caracteriza así como los upsells que requiere el área. Así mismo estará encargado de la operación y atención en los eventos y banquetes que pudieran presentarse en el hotel. Adicionalmente se encargará de atender los pedidos de Room Service.

Será encargado de cobrar sus propios pedidos asumiendo el rol de caja.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios universitarios/técnicos en la especialidad de Administración Hotelera y Turismo.
- Conocimiento de vinos y licores
- Será apreciado conocimiento del Sistema Micros
- Dominio del idioma inglés a nível avanzado.
- Se aprecia experiência en el rubro.
- Horarios rotativos de acuerdo a operación.
- Excelente disposición de servicio al cliente
- Actitud proactiva para identificar las necesidades del cliente.
- Haber demostrado enfoque en calidad de producto, consistencia y conocimientos gastronómicos.
