Tienda Pago is a fintech with a presence throughout Mexico and Peru. Part of the team works in the USA, Argentina, Spain, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.

In Tienda Pago we create solutions innovative financial for the traditional channel in Latin America; we were founded with the objective of promoting financial inclusion throughout the continent. And we are fulfilling what we set out We operate since 2014, starting operations in Peru and towards the end of 2016 we opened offices in Mexico. It has been a path full of satisfactions and many learnings.

We firmly believe that this segment suffers from a chronic lack of capital that limits their opportunities for growth and well-being. Our reason for existing is to improve the quality of life of the Stores, thanks to our financing, we promote growth, resilience and the possibility of making payments in a secure and electronic way to its suppliers. Thanks to our technology and our alliances with the main brands and services in the region, we are able to finance the purchase of the main categories for the Store (ie Soft Drinks, Beer, Dairy, Airtime, Services, etc.), giving them peace of mind to manage your business without thinking about how to finance it.

**About the job**:
Business Director will be in charge of commercial operation, P&L and staff. Be ambassador of the Tienda Pago Perú with stakeholders, clients and staff.

**The Role Responsibilities**:

- Lead the way to operate in a business development and service to the customers with management team
- Be in charge of commercial relations with FMCGs and all business partners (banks, partners, etc).
- Help implement the Tienda Pago solution in the commercial partners and the ecosystem, adjusting the value proposition in tactical and strategic actions
- Analysis of current market trends and competitor activity
- Normalize relationships via legal (contracts) and commercial
- Promote the Tienda Pago model to be more "digital" and less "human touch"
- Promote development and growth of his team
- Degree level education
- Minimum 5 years management experience, at least 2 years experience in startup or fintech environment
- Excellent strategic thinking & commercial capabilities, and sales or experience with managing partnerships
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a 'get things done' attitude
