**Responsibilities**:

- Lead critical finance and strategy initiatives for the 4 BUs (eg Futures, Spot, Margin, Lending & Borrowing, etc)
- Influence the leadership team on business performance, market investment strategies, resource allocation, and risks/opportunities
- Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
- Lead strategic and financial planning processes such as business forecasting and goal-setting
- Build relationships and collaborate with leaders across BUs and Finance team to find solutions to challenges
- Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements
- Build and own scenario models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy
- This is an individual contributor role but will have the opportunity to grow / expand scope including rotation in various finance teams

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years of relevant experience, including experience in a professional services environment (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, Big 4 accounting) and/or in an FP&A or strategic finance role at a large technology company
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration are preferred major fields
- Analytical problem solver with extensive experience building complex financial and/or operating models
- Ability to craft executive-level presentations and develop succinct narratives outlining the key points of a deliverable and next step action items
- Demonstrated abilities to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholders
- Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively work with functions across the company, including board members
- Fluency in English. Mandarin speaking would be a plus
