**The Opportunity**

This position works out of our LIMA PERU location in the DIAGNOSTICS DIVISION. We’re empowering smarter medical and economic decision making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.

As Distributor Sales Executive, you’ll have the chance to plays a main role managing the Distributor Channel/Sales and driving distributors sales team to develop new business and increase revenue at the installed base. Responsible for countries profitability, meeting goals, customer’s satisfaction, and technical service efficiency and assures compliance of the polices and commercial strategies set by Abbott

**What You’ll Do**
- Drive Peru & Ecuador Distributors sales force to grow businesses in profitable manners. Follow up in the progress of each distributor goals execution.
- Distributor Business Management
- Monitor Distributor Performance and Contract Compliance
- Distributor Optimization (onboarding, and termination)
- Maximize sales and margin through the distributor network
- Develop scenario and contingency plans that ensure achievement of results under changing conditions and situations
- Create sustainable infrastructure and environment that enables sales growth
- Provide the insight, knowledge, and leadership to improve functional area and build business

Position Scope and Accountability:

- Sales Plan ~ $ 10MM/year
- Total of 4 Distributors (Peru and Ecuador)

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 5-7 years Healthcare industry experience
- Minimum 5 years sales experience. (Diagnostics, Medical device, hospitals)
- Sales experience in diagnostics is preferred
- Superior communication skills
- English and Spanish fluency is required
- Willing to travel 75% of the time (Including in country travels)
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
