**The position**:
Your functions and tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- The creation of job descriptions for positions within the client company
- Ability to conduct face to face interviews when needed
- Organizing and participating in recruitment sessions
- Reporting to the COO of the company
- And various other HR opportunities that may arise throughout your career with Vitae USA
- The tasks listed are not exhaustive because by nature your tasks are to evolve with time and the availability of new information
**Profile**:
- Experience in recruitment for retail companies
- Background in HR/ Recruiting is considered as an asset
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in participating in the full recruiting life cycle (from creation of the job description to the job offer signature)
**Desired skills**:
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to put the right priorities
- Dynamic and enthusiastic
- Good presentation
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledge of a second language (French or Spanish) is considered as a strong asset
