**Job Title: Freelance Healthcare Recruiter**

**Role Description**:
As a Freelance Healthcare Recruiter at Wavy Media Limited Co., you will play a crucial role in helping us identify and onboard top talent in the healthcare industry. You'll work remotely, collaborating with our team and hiring managers to fill various healthcare positions efficiently. Your responsibilities will include**:

- Sourcing and Talent Acquisition**: Utilize your innovative methods to discover and attract exceptional healthcare professionals.

- Interviews**: Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right cultural fit and qualifications in the healthcare sector.
**- Compensation Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate competitive compensation and benefits packages, taking into account the unique needs of healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- Recruitment Experience**: Proven track record as a Freelance Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar role is a must.
**- Talent Sourcing**: Proficiency in utilizing job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools to identify and attract top healthcare talent.

- Communication Skills**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.

**- Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Other Requirements**:

- A self-starter with innovative methods for talent acquisition.
- C1 level of English proficiency.
- Relevant recruitment certification.
- LinkedIn Premium subscription is a plus.
- Competent technical computer skills.

**Commission Structure**:

- For every successful hire in the healthcare sector, you can earn up to $3,000 in commission, depending on the complexity level of the role.
