**Análisis y prospección de Mercado**: Identificar necesidades en los clientes para el desarrollo de nuevos productos y venta del abanico de servicios UCC. o Generar una nueva cartera de cliente con relaciones a largo plazo. Costeo y confección de propuestas comerciales. o Mantener las necesidades de los clientes en cuanto a requerimientos tarifarios satisfechas. o Cumplir los objetivos delineados por la gerencia a cargo e implementación de una estrategia comercial. o Cumplimiento de KPI ́S: Tasa de conversión positiva. o Presentaciones comerciales a clientes internos y externos. o Reportabilidad de gestiones, mejora continua y desarrollo de proyectos de mejora.

**Requisitos**:
Conocimiento del Mercado de Frutas Peruano u otros. o Conocimiento del rubro naviero, logístico y seguros a la carga (mercado de la fruta deseable). o Fuertes habilidades comunicacionales: relación transversal con todas las áreas de UCC (Finanzas, KAM, Logística, Operaciones). Contacto con cliente interno y externo. o Mínimo 3 - 5 años de experiência en las áreas comercial y/o ventas (experiência en el rubro naviero, logístico peruano o regional) o Estudios relacionados con Ingeniería, Comercio Exterior, Administración de Empresas, Logística o carreras afines para desempeñar el cargo. o Análisis numérico de estadísticas comerciales. o Fuertes habilidades comunicacionales. o Inglés hablado y escrito deseable.
