Your role is the key to the point of contact between the company and our corporate clients.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Prospect, visit and affiliate small, medium, and large companies that buy and sell currencies nationally.
- Market analysis and presentation of KPIs to the leader.
- Maintain customer loyalty.
- Resolve our clients' conflicts and expand the client network.
- Different projects to improve the process, product, and service.
**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, economy, Accounting, Finance, business or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in financial, bank or fintech company.
- Hands-on experience with foreign exchange instruments, including FX forwards, and the ability to demonstrate understanding of basic option strategies. The diverse set of currency exposures, high volumes and benchmark timing require flawless execution, attention to detail and precise communication are required.
- Strong customer service and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently or with mínimal supervision. Leadership and problem solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Microsoft Office knowledge. Power BI (desirable).
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
