Estamos buscando un **Ingeniero de Redes y Telecomunicaciones** altamente capacitado para gestionar, optimizar y asegurar nuestras infraestructuras de red y telecomunicaciones.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Revisar y optimizar la topología de red de toda la empresa y/o clientes.
- Garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de las redes, aplicando mejoras continuas a la infraestructura.
- Implementar soluciones avanzadas de telecomunicaciones y redes de alta capacidad, incluyendo fibra óptica.
- Supervisar la seguridad de las redes, asegurando la protección contra posibles amenazas.
- Realizar fusiones de fibra óptica y mantener sistemas de comunicación robustos.
- Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos para garantizar la integración y funcionamiento eficiente de las redes.

**Requisitos**:

- Egresado en Ingeniería de Redes, Telecomunicaciones, o carreras afines.
- Sólido conocimiento en topologías de red, protocolos de comunicación, seguridad de redes y tecnologías de fibra óptica.
- Experiência en diseño, instalación y administración de redes, incluyendo redes de alta capacidad y fibra óptica.
- Conocimiento en protocolos como TCP/IP, DNS, y otros estándares de telecomunicaciones.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos y optimizar la infraestructura de red para un alto rendimiento.
