Por encargo de nuestro cliente, Empresa Peruana en Banca, seguros y servicios financieros está buscando un **IT SPECIALIST IA**

Ser punto de contacto central, mientras evalúa las necesidades comerciales y organiza el soporte de TI mediante la utilización experta de software, hardware e infraestructura. Esta función se centra en determinar, desarrollar y mejorar soluciones técnicas para alinearse perfectamente con los objetivos comerciales generales. Parte clave de este rol es ser responsable del mantenimiento y actualización constante del catálogo de tecnologías relacionadas con la IA cognitiva.

**FUNCIONES**:

- Responsable de las iniciativas de IA Cognitiva, guiando a los equipos ejecutores.
- Responsable de actualizar periódicamente el Catálogo de Tecnologías.
- Colaborar con equipos de Product y Delivery para desarrollar soluciones escalables.
- Elegir el software, hardware y métodos de integración para diferentes proyectos.
- Supervisar el desarrollo, resolver problemas técnicos y garantizar los estándares de calidad.
- Diseñar sistemas tecnológicos, mejorando la reutilización de los componentes técnicos.
- Identificar soluciones tecnológicas óptimas para los problemas comerciales existentes.
- Liderar la implementación de extremo a extremo de herramientas y tecnologías desde poc hasta el estado listo para el usuario.
- Evaluar la criticidad de las soluciones de respaldo y recuperación ante desastres.
- Determinar los requisitos de prueba y liderar la preparación de la infraestructura.
- Reducir la carga operativa para los equipos de TI
- Proporcionar una arquitectura de referencia consistente y estandarizar las interacciones entre aplicaciones.
- Velar por el cumplimiento del modelo de gobernanza y monitorear resultados en su temática específica.

**Requisitos**:

- Egresado / Bachiller de las carreras de Ingeniería.
- Experiência mínima de 4 años en posiciones similares. **(Indispensable)**:

- Experiência en flujos de trabajo de producción y desarrollo de IA. **(Indispensable)**:

- Conocimiento en la nube de Azure y servicios de datos y análisis, p. DataFactory, AzureML, etc. **(Indispensable)**:

- Experiência en una de las áreas específicas de TI, como redes, hardware informático, desarrollo u otras áreas relevantes. (Es bueno tener experiência en dos o más) **(Indispensable)**:

- Experiência en arquitectura empresarial. **(Indispensable)**:

- Experiência práctica en desarrollo de software y administración de sistemas. **(Indispensable)**

Cinco o más años en un rol de Arquitectura de Datos diseñando data warehouses y/o data lakes con tecnologías de big data. **(Indispensable)**
5 años demostrando un alto grado de competencia en el diseño y la ingeniería de arquitecturas técnicas de datos y diseños detallados complejos y de alta calidad. **(Indispensable)**
- Conocimientos básicos requeridos en NLP y operaciones de texto, imagen y video, chatbots, geoespacial, audio, LLM, almacenamiento, gobernanza y ML. **(Deseable)**

Conocimiento de alto nível en infraestructura de TI y conocimiento de DevOps. **(Deseable)**
Conocimiento de microservicios y otros patrones arquitectónicos, arquitectura de la nube (por ejemplo, Kubernetes, Openshift, etc.) **(Deseable)**
Conocimiento de patrones de integración empresarial. **(Deseable)**
