**DUTIES**:
The Specialist is USAID/Peru’s recognized Specialist on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), located in the Regional Environment and Sustainable Office (RESG). Jobholder is responsible for ensuring ESG Office compliance with USAID performance monitoring and evaluation policy as set forth in Automated Directives System, and USAID/Peru Evaluation Mission Orders, and for all aspects of data collection and reporting in ESG for programmatic and administrative needs.

**EXPERIENCE**:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), evaluation of program/project/activity implementation, in direct program/project/activity management, or in a closely related activity is required. At least three (3) years of this experience in a conservation and development-oriented workplace or a related field, for other donor agencies, cooperating country organizations, or private-sector institutions is required.

**EDUCATION**:
University degree in administration, economics, social sciences, or a closely related field is required.
