**Job Description and Requirements**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to customers for EDA verification tools, answering technical inquiries.
- Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and use of tools.
- Participate in tool demonstrations and training to help customers better understand and utilize the products.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the product development team to improve product features and user experience.
- Track and analyze customer usage to suggest improvements.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of EDA tools and chip design processes.
- Strong programming foundation with familiarity in at least one programming language (such as Python, C++, Java, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong desire to learn and problem-solving abilities.
