Con este objetivo, buscamos incorporar a un **director de proyectos informáticos** para abrir nueva oficina IT en **Lima, Perú**.

**Funciones a realizar**:

- Gestión global de la oficina y equipo
- Planifica, define los recursos, coordina y supervisa el análisis funcional y orgánico, así como también el desarrollo y la implementación del software.
- Gestiona técnicamente el proyecto.
- Transforma los requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones técnicas y desarrolla el diseño inicial de bloques en los que se estructura el producto de software. Aunque no programe ni estructure los programas directamente, tiene conocimientos técnicos amplios de este tema que ayudan a distribuir tiempo y recursos.
- Se responsabiliza de posibles ampliaciones del proyecto.
- Resuelve los problemas técnicos que pueden surgir durante el proyecto y garantiza la calidad del software que entrega.
- Negocia directamente con negocio (que puede ser de dentro de la misma empresa o externo). Analiza sus necesidades y las traduce en un proyecto para crear el software conveniente.
- Planifica el seguimiento y asume el control.
- Establece unos objetivos claros y los plazos en los que hay que cumplir y hace el seguimiento de la ejecución del proyecto.
- Establece los puntos críticos que pueden aparecer en el diseño y el desarrollo de software para obtener los mejores resultados.
- Dirige el equipo.
- Coordina y supervisa el equipo de programadores/as, analistas, consultores/as y, incluso, empresas externas proveedoras de servicios.
- Asigna las tareas correspondientes a los integrantes del equipo, define como estarán distribuidas las tareas (estructuración, creación de bases, programación, etc.) y realiza el seguimiento de la ejecución de las mismas.
- Asegura que el equipo cumpla con las fechas limite y que el proyecto no se desvíe del presupuesto. Establece una comunicación fluida entre los miembros del equipo que participan en el proyecto.
- Identifica nuevas oportunidades de servicios al cliente y proporciona asesoramiento técnico en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales.

- Arquitectura de una API Restful.
- Desarrollo de aplicaciones con NodeJS, Java, Angular
- Análisis y modelado de Datos. MySQL/MongoDB.
- Análisis y modelado de caché Redis/Memcache.
- Control de versiones con GIT
- Metodologías Agile.
- Testing
- Procesos CI/CD
- Gestión equipos

Nota: La modalidad de trabajo es 100% presencial en la USIL Lima.
