¿Ya sabes qué hace el **BUSINESS SPECIALIST PROFICIENT** en el BCP?

Co-liderar el desarrollo de la página web de YAPE para asegurar la auto atención de los yaperos e implementar funcionalidades de generen valor.

**Nuestras responsabilidades principales son**:

- Co-liderar con el Product Owner la visión y estrategia de producto.
- Diseñar y liderar la ejecución de iniciativas de punta a punta para mejorar experiência de los yaperos.
- Analizar información, obtener insights de inciativas.
- Manejar relación con stakeholders varios en Yape.
- Comunicar insights mediante presentaciones.
- Alimentar y priorizar el backlog de producto.
- Ser la mano derecha del Product Owner en el desarrollo y mejoras del producto.

**Debes postular a este rol solo si**:

- Eres bachiller de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Empresarial, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
- Tienes 2 años de experiência en desarrollo de productos digitales y 4 años de experiência en total.
- Conoces sobre los equipos de experiência del cliente.
- Conoces metodologías agiles.
- Tienes experiência trabajando en equipos T-shaped.
- Cuentas con experiência de 2 años como Analista de Producto, Analista de producto digital, Analista de desarrollo de software, Product Manager, Analista de Innovación, Transformación de productos digitales, PO Junior o puestos similares.

- Paquete Office (Avanzado)
- Excel (Avanzado)
- Google analytics (Intermedio)
- Power BI (Intermedio)
- PL - SQL (Intermedio)
