Identificar e implementar acciones de mejora en los procesos clave del banco que nos permitan lograr los objetivos y metas establecidos.

•Propone, implementa y lidera iniciativas y proyectos digitales alineadas a los OKR de la Tribu con una visión estratégica.
•Desarrolla estrategias go-to-market y plantea mejoras a la cadena de valor de su producto/canal asignado.
•Diseña soluciones considerando impacto económico, realiza benchmark para proponer y articular mejoras, y analiza el mercado potencial.
•Asegura el uso de la metodología de mejora de procesos, HCD y Design Thinking en las acciones realizadas.
•Estructura y desarrolla talleres como facilitador o moderador para idear y cocrear con otras personas.
•Diseña, ejecuta y mide resultados de modelos básicos como: proyecciones, tendencias, entre otros.
•Prepara, analiza y gestiona los presupuestos y palancas de generación de ingresos, costos y provisiones en base a sus desviaciones y resultados.
•Entiende las principales tecnologías del mercado y su aplicación al negocio digital.

Requisitos
Candidato

· Egresado/a de Ing Industrial, Ing de Sistemas, Ing Económica, Economía, Administración o afines. · 3 años de experiencia en instituciones o servicios financieros en áreas de transformación digital. · Conocimientos de plataformas web / app y herramientas digitales. · Conocimientos de frameworks HCD, Design Thinking y UX. · Experiencia siendo capacitador de un tema/producto para miembros del squad y otras áreas. · Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles. · Excel a nivel Avanzado (Indispensable). · Conocimientos en las herramientas de extracción, análisis y gestión de data: PowerBI, PL/SQL. · Conocimiento deseable en herramientas de diseño (Ej: Figma) y start-ups. · Inglés a nivel intermedio.
