**Customer Service Agent (Remote) - H&C Construction LLC**
**Location**: Lima, Peru
**Job Type**: Full-time, Remote
H&C Construction LLC, a leading home remodeling company in the U.S., is looking for a **Customer Service Agent** to join our team. This is a 100% remote position for a dedicated professional with strong customer service experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage contracts and project documentation.
- Schedule and track appointments.
- Coordinate with field technicians.
- Confirm and record payments.
- Handle inbound customer calls and follow up on proposals.
- Maintain and update information in our CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- **Advanced English (C1)** level required (evaluated during the interview). Ideally, you have at least 3 months of experience living in an English-speaking country.
- **Minimum 6 months** of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- **Typing skills**: Fast and accurate typing ability is essential.
- **Proficiency in Excel** and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills, able to manage difficult customer interactions and follow established protocols.
- **Personal equipment required**: A computer and a quality headset with a microphone.
- **Must have a dollar account**, as payments will be made in U.S. dollars.
- **Resides in Lima, Peru**.
**Technical Requirements**:
- A **reliable internet connection** (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.
**Preferred (but not required)**:
- Experience in the **construction/remodeling** field.
**Work Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
(Schedule may vary slightly according to U.S. daylight savings time and demand.)
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Above-market salary** starting at **S/.1750** per month during the 3-month trial period + commission based on performance.
- After the trial period, salary increases to **S/.2000** + commission.
- Additional bonuses for electricity and equipment use.
- **Half-month salary bonuses** in July and December.
- Contract renewal every 6 months based on performance.
