**ACCOUNT ANALYST**

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Supervisar y facilitar la adquisición, producción y ejecución de los servicios para los trabajos y proyectos de los clientes
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Operaciones, Aprovisionamiento y Gestión de Cuentas, y bajo su dirección
- Gestionar la entrada de datos de los pedidos de trabajo y las especificaciones en el sistema de gestión de pedidos
- Ejecutar informes y recopilar información para su uso por el equipo de producción y por el cliente
- Elaborar documentos informativos básicos, incluyendo gráficos comparativos entre ofertas y actualizaciones del estado de la producción
- Seguir procedimientos predefinidos y actualizar la información en los sistemas de información
- Supervisar los problemas escalados y seguir los procesos para resolver los problemas de manera eficiente

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en una disciplina relacionada
- 1 a 3 años de experiência en soporte comercial
- Se requiere una excepcional capacidad organizativa y analítica, así como la capacidad de realizar varias tareas a la vez
- Debe ser trabajador, entusiasta y aprender rápidamente
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, tanto escritas como verbales
- Dominio del software de gestión de compras y proyectos
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Word, Excel, Project y Outlook
- Mentalidad emprendedora con un impulso interno para alcanzar continuamente los objetivos y el éxito
- Experiência en entornos de ritmo rápido y alta energía
