**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Elaborate and Manage the General Plan of the Project.

Manage and plan the project, seeking compliance with contractual procedures and activities.

Prepare, maintain and evaluate the progress of the Project plan for the execution of this Statement of Services which contains the activities, tasks, assignments, important events and estimates.

Manage potential risks and take corrective actions early.

Advise on the following strategic activities:
Training plan for key users and end users.

Data Migration and Conversion Plan.

Go to Production and Support Plan (Cutover) / Go-no Go Criteria for going live.

Risk Analysis and Advice on their Containment Plan.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the Project Steering/Management Committee.

Manage suppliers

Manage project finances within the contractual framework and estimated effort.

Establish documentation standards for Deliverable Materials.

Manage the resolution of the pending definition points of the functional, technical and change management work teams.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Completed technical or university studies.

Minimum experience of 10 years as Project Manager and 15 years of professional experience.

Have worked on at least 8 implementation, conversion or rollout projects, having participated as a consultant / Project Manager

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
Desirable certification in PMP
