We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operational Supplier Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and well-orchestrated supplier management.
Your primary responsibility will be to execute the end-to-end third-party risk management process for selected suppliers. This includes monitoring upcoming renewals, proactively involving stakeholders, and guiding internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout the process.
Additional responsibilities include tracking the status of risk assessments, communicating delays, initiating escalations, preparing decision documents, steering supplier performance reviews, supporting global purchasing organization, contributing to knowledge exchange, and quality checking supplier statements of work.
- Responsible for executing the end-to-end third-party risk management process for selected suppliers.
- Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively involve all required stakeholders.
- Work as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and the supplier, guiding and supporting them throughout the whole process.
