To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify customer needs, challenges, and expansion plans.
- Identify the relationship map within the customers’ structure.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
- Will manage a portfolio of merchants based in different regions/countries.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as an account manager or sales executive, preferably in International Sales
- Proven B2B sales track record
- Experience in customer support
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Advanced English
- Must have experience in payment methods
- Time management and planning skills
- Strong persuader/influencer
Articulate and analytical
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Ability to travel, nationally or internationally, as needed.
