**Job Description**:
Among their main responsibilities are:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Analyzing skills and qualifications to evaluate IT resumes
- Scheduling and conducting pre-screening interview invitations to test applicants' skills
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for open vacancies
- Participating in meetings and conferences to establish contact with IT professionals
- Performing onboardings of new personnel
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Performing job assessments and tasks to record the requirements and duties of the job
- Researching on the latest technology trends
- Keeping up with new technology trends and IT products
**Qualifications**:
- From 1 to 2 years of experience
- Proven work experience as a technical recruiter
- Experience with job requirements for IT roles
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Advanced English
