**About Paysafe**

To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for a **Compliance Officer, Counter Fraud & Corruption.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the group’s Counter Fraud & Corruption function in LATAM and support and assist in the roll-out of a Counter Fraud & Corruption risk management framework in the region and across the global Paysafe group.
- Assist in designing and implementing Counter Fraud & Corruption initiatives in LATAM and across the global Paysafe Group.
- Continuously review and maintain existing controls to ensure early life detection of fraud. Identify control gaps and create insightful analysis to support the implementation of new controls to reduce fraud risk.
- Fully investigate all known instances of internal fraud, ensuring the integrity of evidence always. Carry out root cause analysis and propose remedial actions to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
- Implement meaningful KPIs to demonstrate and drive delivery against the key deliverables of the team.
- Assist in the design and implementation of anti-fraud education, engagement, and training initiatives to promote a fraud prevention culture across the Paysafe Group.
- Engage stakeholders and senior management to ensure smooth delivery of Counter fraud & Corruption Risk Management initiatives.
- Manage work streams to ensure that assigned cases, resulting actions, and improvement opportunities are identified, priorities are tracked, and delivered to a high standard.
- Monitoring the gift and hospitality register and handling reported cases.
- Promoting the whistleblowing system and handling reported whistleblowing cases.
- Monitoring the conflicts of interest register and handling reported cases.
- Reviewing requests for charitable contributions and keeping records appropriately.
- Promoting internally Paysafe Conduct & Ethics Framework incl. posters, surveys, and declarations.

**Your Profile**:

- At least 3-5 years of professional experience working in fraud, compliance, or risk environment of the financial services industry or financial investigations experience
- Experience working with internal fraud research and investigation.
- Qualifications such as CFE, CA, CIA, and CISA are beneficial.
- English advanced is a must.
- Proven expertise with financial investigations demonstrating risk-based judgment, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical ability
- Ability to analyze issues and develop a problem-solving methodology with mínimal guidance
- Ability to multi-task and work in an elevated volume, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated skills related to individual case/workload management
- Strong time management skills utilizing a risk-based approach to prioritizing and completing daily tasks
- Ability to make a strong individual contribution to the development of a high-functioning team
- Exceptional client focus; ability to effectively and quickly form relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
