To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced **Manager, Internal Fraud and Investigations** - Lima**

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the group’s internal fraud function in LATAM and support and assist in the roll-out of an internal fraud risk management framework in the region and across the global Paysafe group.
- Assist in designing and implementing fraud prevention and detection initiatives in LATAM and across the global Paysafe Group.
- Carry out ongoing fraud risk assessments to ensure early identification of internal fraud risks and ensure that these are managed in line with group strategy.
- Continuously review and maintain existing controls to ensure early life detection of fraud. Identify control gaps and create insightful analyses to support the implementation of new controls to reduce fraud risk.
- Fully investigate all known instances of internal fraud, ensuring the integrity of evidence always. Carry out root cause analysis and propose remedial actions to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
- Develop an efficient project engagement strategy to successfully integrate all appropriate business projects.
- Support the Head of Global Internal Fraud in developing and producing comprehensive KPIs/KRIs for consumption by the VP and senior management
- Assist the Head of Global Internal Fraud in designing and implementing anti-fraud education, engagement, and training initiatives to promote a fraud prevention culture in LATAM and across the Paysafe Group.
- Engage stakeholders and senior management to ensure smooth delivery of Internal Fraud Risk Management initiatives and promote anti-fraud culture.
- Effectively manage workstreams to ensure that assigned cases, resulting actions, and improvement opportunities are identified, priorities are tracked, and delivered to a high standard.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least 5-7 years of professional experience working in fraud, compliance, or risk environment of the financial services industry or financial investigations experience
- 3+ years of experience working with internal fraud research and investigation.
- Qualifications such as CFE, CA, CIA, and CISA are beneficial.
- Proven expertise with financial investigations demonstrating risk-based judgment, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical ability
- Ability to analyze issues and develop a problem-solving methodology with mínimal guidance
- Ability to multi-task and work in an elevated volume, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated skills related to individual case/workload management
- Strong time management skills utilizing a risk-based approach to prioritizing and completing daily tasks
- Ability to make a strong individual contribution to the development of a high-functioning team
- Exceptional client focus; ability to effectively and quickly form relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidance regarding Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filings as they relate to fraud as well as internal compliance standards and guidelines
