**¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?**
- Trabajar en entornos multiculturales y generar relaciones de confianza que te permitan actuar como representante del área de Customer Operations ante interlocutores pertenecientes a otras áreas o squads de trabajo multidisciplinares
- Generar sistemas de control que nos den trazabilidad de cómo se materializa nuestra propuesta de valor a lo largo del ciclo de vida de nuestros usuarios
- Extraer información y analizar para identificar buenas prácticas y puntos de mejora en las iniciativas y proyectos relacionados con el customer journey.
- Crear procesos y sistemas flexibles que permitan la mejora continua ajustándose a las necesidades y cambios constantes de la industria y el mercado.
- Coordinar proyectos para implementación de mejoras que permitan la consecución de los objetivos del área, impactando en la experiência y ciclo de vida de nuestros usuarios.
- Detectar desviaciones en los indicadores, asegurando la calidad de los procesos que permitan llegar a los objetivos establecidos
- Desarrollar entregables de alta calidad en las distintas fases de los proyectos que permitan dar visibilidad y extraer mejores prácticas replicables en un futuro.

**Lo que estamos buscando**:

- Bachiller en ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas o afines
- 3 años de experiência en mejora de procesos operativos, consultoría o campos afines
- Dominio y experiência comprobada en implementación de proyectos de mejora continua, Lean Six Sigma y otras metodologías ágiles.
- Conocimiento de diseño y rediseño de proceso de operaciones, creación de manuales, flujogramas e indicadores de gestión
- Sólidos conocimientos de análisis estadísticos, simulación de escenarios y métodos cuantitativos.
- Mentalidad analítica y data-driven, con experiência en resolución de problemas
- Excelente manejo de Microsoft Excel o Google Sheets
