**What's the Role**:
As a role model, you need to exemplify a "safer, healthier & happier" approach to work and hold others accountable for their behaviors. You actively need to conduct quality observations, promptly report any adverse conditions, and foster a culture that prevents violations of quality compliance.

You must ensure the full implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) systems within the team and work area. This includes promptly addressing safety communications and alerts, taking immediate action, and putting appropriate controls in place. Monitoring the area is essential to ensure incidents are reported, investigated, and resolved effectively.

You will have to possess strong leadership qualities, demonstrating proactive approaches throughout all project phases, from Concept Engineering to Commissioning and start-up. Your responsibilities will include establishing and overseeing Project Management Office (PMO) activities, proficiently managing Gantt Charts, and meticulously measuring project data to ensure milestones are achieved efficiently.

With a strong collaborative approach, you will cultivate excellent relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including suppliers, field personnel, contractors, and other key collaborators.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive programs that encompass Design, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle, from the tender phase to completion. Your duties will also involve regularly reviewing the progress of these programs and providing management reports as needed.

**Key Technical Criteria**:

- Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in a similar industry or heavy industry.
- Bilingual proficiency is a key requirement for this role - Spanish & English
