**Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator - LATAM (Remote, US-based firm)**

**Role Purpose.**

This role will report into the Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) and play a critical part in supporting our sales team by transforming training sessions into comprehensive learning modules, maintaining clear and accessible documentation, and ensuring our training is engaging, effective, and aligned with company goals. As an L&D Coordinator, you will and will play a significant role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Document training sessions and meetings, converting notes into structured SOPs and training modules.
- Draft, Edit, and Publish training content to our LMS, Trainual
- Design and continuously improve training modules for consultants and managerial staff.
- Collect input and feedback from leaders and consultants to create materials, guides, and infographics
- Oversee and refine the onboarding process for new hires, developing effective materials and resources.
- Regularly update SOPs to reflect changes in processes and best practices.
- Follow up on training feedback, analyzing input to refine and improve training programs.
- Monitor KPIs related to training effectiveness and implement necessary changes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

**Qualifications.**
- Proven experience in Learning and Development, Training Coordination, or a similar role for a sales team.
- Experience analyzing training effectiveness and implementing improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

**Nice to Have.**
- Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., video editing, podcast production).
- Familiarity with the recruitment industry.
