**DUTIES**:
The incumbent supervises the Embassy switchboard operations while serving in multiple support capacities. Core responsibilities include supporting as a telephone operator, managing petty cash funds, reporting section's time and attendance, providing telephone technical support, and assisting mailroom operations. This position reports to the Telecommunications Field Engineer.

**Experience** : A minimum of three years of work experience in administrative, clerical, or telephone switchboard operations is required.

**Education**: At least two years of College/Post-secondary studies is required.
