Auxadi is one of the leading outsourcing firms in Spain, serving International Businesses and Real Estate / Private Equity / Infrastructure Funds across more than 50 countries, mainly the USA, Europe and Latam.

Auxadi supports their clients by becoming an international extension of their overseas accounting departments. Its Single Point of Contact model and cloud-based technology platform are clear differentiators of its value proposition.

The core business provides outsourcing solutions of International Accounting, Reporting, Compliance, Tax and Payroll powered by Technology and People to Administrative and financial departments of their clients.

There are 2 business areas each lead by a Sr VP:
International Corporations: Auxadi helps clients internationally by becoming an extension of their Finance departments abroad.

They serve more than 400 international clients from different sectors, including Energy, Pharma, IT, Telco, Industrial, Banking, Consumer Goods, Professional Services.

Funds (Real Estate, Private Equity and Infrastructure): The company serves more than 100 logos by taking care of the Corporate Management of investment structures representing nearly 7 billion USD in AUM (Assets Under Management) from Holdcos in Luxembourg to SPVs in Continental Europe and Latin America, by offering a global solution in Accounting, Reporting, Tax Compliance and Board Membership.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Gross/net calculation and conversion
- Payroll production and delivery
- Social security contributions
- Labour records: registrations/discharges, temporary incapacities, etc.
- Dismissals and settlements
- Preparation and adaptation of contracts
- Benefits and other compensation
- Expatriate management
- Ensuring the control of the process for its success
- Manage plans to mitigate tax risks
