**Descripción**:

- Apoyar y asegurar una transición ágil de los entregables de desarrollo hasta su paso a producción, procurando la alineación de necesidades entre los equipos de desarrollo, ingenieros de soporte producto, mejora continua, y cliente final de negocio.
- Facilitar el proceso de integración continua, testing no funcional y despliegue automatizado.
- Monitorización continua durante todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de las aplicaciones y/o desarrollo de analíticas (desarrollo, entrega, construcción, test) con la finalidad de garantizar el tiempo definido dentro de los objetivos establecidos.
- Inyectar la ciencia al negocio, mediante la aplicación de modelos analíticos y similares aplicados a nuestros equipos Komatsu de gran minería.
- Desarrollar nuevos modelos analíticos para descubrir nuevos insights y generar acciones en los servicios de soporte.
- Mantener y optimizar los modelos ya desarrollados.
- Desarrollar de plataformas BI online para la identificación y el análisis de KPI que generen valor a nuestros servicios ofrecidos.
- Ejecución de experimentos de aprendizaje automático utilizando un lenguaje de programación con bibliotecas de aprendizaje automático.
- Desarrollo de aplicaciones de visualización por medio de plataformas BI, interactuando con las diferentes bases de datos y vistas ya desarrolladas.
- Optimización de soluciones para rendimiento y escalabilidad.
- Realizar análisis descriptivo y estadístico según las necesidades de los servicios actuales.

**Requisitos**:
El perfil debe cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

- Formación académica: Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniero de Software, afines
- Conocimento/experiência en herramientas de control de código fuente (Azure DevOps y GIT)
- Conocimiento en Big Data
- Conocimiento Avanzado en Power BI
- Cursos de Especialización, Diplomado o Maestría en Machine Learning.
- Manejo de Bases de datos (SQL y NoSql)
- Manejo de lenguajes de programación Python, R, Java, JavaScript, Databrick
- Sector: Minería
- Reporte directo a: Smart Solutions & Technology Head
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares
