**Misión**:
Identificar los problemas visibles y no visibles del cliente, entender cómo gestionan su stack tecnológico, establecer una arquitectura de solución y/o co-crear un roadmap de transformación tecnológica, aportando un valor estratégico comercial.

**Responsabilidades del rol**:

- Asegurar que la estrategia técnica del proyecto sea la correcta, incluso durante la ejecución del proyecto, promoviendo proactivamente soluciones y/o oportunidades de mejora al cliente
- Coordinar con el Digital Strategy Consultant (DSC) para alinearse respecto a visión, estrategia, diseño de la solución y cumplimiento de expectativas del cliente.
- Ser responsable de acciones de identificación de oportunidades de Tecnología, preventa y cierre de las mismas, persiguendo cumplir los objetivos de ventas de proyectos de IT.
- Ser responsable de desarrollar relaciones duraderas con interlocutores de IT (CIO, CTO, Jefes de Sistemas, etc.).
- Colaborar con el líder técnico en la gestionar del equipo de tecnologia alineado a las expectativas del cliente y del Squad Manager, siguiendo los lineamientos\metodologías del proyecto
- Escalar al Head de Engineering cuando surgen problemas que ameritan su involucramiento
- Colaborar con los Líderes de Disciplinas para actualizar la propuesta de valor y sus capacidades.
- Transmitir la visión del cliente (y sus desafíos) para “challengear” la propuesta de valor.

**Requirements**:

- Profesional de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o afines.
- Deseable Postgrado de negocio (ejemplo: direccion estrategica, administracion de empresas, finanzas, innovacion, gestion estratetiga, venta consultiva) maestria técnica (deseable)
- Deseable Certificación Scrum Master
- Más de 5 años de experiência sólida como Backend y Frontend.
- Amplia experiência liderando propuestas comerciales tecnológicas, presupuestos y costos.
- Conocimientos sólidos de Ionic, Java, Angular, GCP.
- AWS Deseable
- Capacidad para resolver problemas y encontrar soluciones eficientes.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectivas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para laborar cuando sea necesario en oficina en San Isidro.
