**¿Ya sabes qué hacemos los BUSINESS SPECIALIST PROFICIENT - Proyecto iO en el BCP?**

Apoyar al Product Owner en la construcción y desarrollo de las nuevas funcionalidades de la mesa asignada. Gestionar campañas comerciales para mejorar el desempeño del producto. Además, apoyar al Product Manager en la estrategia de Producto de iO.

**Nuestras responsabilidades principales son**:

- Dar soporte comercial para impulsar iniciativas que incrementen facturación, rentabilidad, satisfacción, transaccionalidad, cotidianidad, etc.
- Dar soporte a procesos de desarrollo de funcionalidades en ambientes ágiles (asistencia a reuniones ágiles como dailies, retrospectivas, plannings, etc., coordinaciones con stakeholders para negociar el desarrollo de nuevas iniciativas, socialización de nuevas funcionalidades a grupos de interés clave, entre otras.).
- Investigación y desarrollo de benchmarks de mercado para traer ideas innovadoras al proyecto.
- Extracción y análisis de información relevante para la toma de decisiones de negocio.
- Coordinaciones con stakeholders clave para la resolución de consultas, dudas y reclamos. Por ejemplo, la gestión de incidencias de cada mesa de trabajo, las coordinaciones de consultas realizadas a la procesadora de pagos, entre otras.
- Trabajo operativo que pueda generarse recurrentemente.

**Debes postular a este rol solo si**:

- Eres Bachiller en Administración de Empresas, Administración de Servicios, Economía, Comunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
- Tienes experiência de 4 o 5 años en gestión comercial y desarrollo de negocios.
- Tienes experiência en medios de pago (principalmente tarjetas de crédito).
- Tienes experiência en gestión de proyectos.
- Cuentas con experiência armando campañas y analizando resultados.
- Cuentas con conocimientos en gestión de producto.
- Tienes conocimientos en Excel nível avanzado.
- Tienes conocimientos en Jira.
- Tienes conocimientos en Confluence.
- Cuentas con Inglés nível avanzado escrito y oral.

**Opcionales**:

- Cuentas con experiência en Fintechs y Startups - deseable.
- Conocimientos en Slack, Power BI y/o Teams - deseable.
