As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Customer & Site integrations, you'll shepherd delivery of a new product purchase integration between multiple GoDaddy business units. You'll work closely with Agile product development teams (engineers, product managers, merchandisers and designers) to prioritize and coordinate the work required to deliver the integration goals, while improving velocity and delivery excellence. You will use your technical background to sequence and deliver large scale infrastructure, integration, and software projects, with a particular focus on a robust QA process as multiple deliverables become available for end to end validation. This will include planning and orchestrating across multiple organizations within GoDaddy to ensure successful outcomes. You'll be comfortable driving resolution of high levels of ambiguity, seeing around corners to identify blockers, making tradeoffs, and ensuring business needs are balanced against technical requirements. High judgement, a strong bias for action, an ability to influence, and excellent organizational capability are crucial to your success in this role.

**Responsabilities**:

- Driving project execution from current state through final delivery
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to clarify specific deliverables and dependencies, including producing documentation of expected outcomes where needed
- Communicating, tracking and updating expected integration dates based on those dependencies
- Using your technical skills and experience to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks caused by cross-team/cross-project dependencies
- Building and maintaining clear project documentation, and communicating status of delivery to stakeholders, partner teams and leaders

**Must to have**:

- 7+ years of technical program management experience (working directly with product and engineering teams)
- 2 major project deliveries using experimentation and data signals to prove quality and value of newly released products and features
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (developers, product managers, marketers, and senior leadership) using relevant verbal, written and visual communication tools.
- Technical program management

- Experimentation and data analysis
- Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Suite.
