**Experiência y competencias requeridas**:

- Experiência mínima de 03 años en posiciones similares. (Deseable)
- Estudios técnicos y/o universitarios en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Administración o afines. (Deseable)
- Manejo del idioma inglés a nível intermedio - avanzado. (Deseable)
- Conocimiento de Ms. Office a nível avanzado. (Deseable)

**Funciones**:

- Coordinar los embarques de transporte internacional dentro de las modalidades aérea o marítima de importaciones y/o exportaciones de manera oportuna.
- Ejecutar reportes semanales a los clientes para visibilidad de su carga.
- Interactuar con el sistema (INX) para actualización de los estatus de las órdenes del cliente.
- Asegurar que los equipos de Origen cumplan con la coordinación de los embarques a tiempo.
- Generar visibilidad al cliente mediante el seguimiento y la utilización de la herramienta InforNexus.
- Facturar y registrar los costos en Cargo Wise, así como el cumplimiento de los tiempos para cierre de files.
- Controlar que cada reporte emitido para el cliente sea ejecutado en calidad y tiempo.
- Interactuar con el cliente, agente de aduana y/o forwarder asignado para dar el soporte requerido.
- Entre otras que le asigne el supervisor inmediato.
