Job Description
The Service Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for maintenance scheduling, ensuring timely and professional service to our residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering calls to our dedicated maintenance line, booking appointments for service, repairs, and inspections, and assisting residents in resolving basic issues.
- Working closely with maintenance supervisors, vendors, and other team members to ensure service requests are processed and completed efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service by confirming appointments, handling changes, and ensuring residents are satisfied with the service they receive.
- Organizing and tracking service appointments, vendor schedules, and maintenance reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Performing other administrative duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a problem-solver with strong communication skills, a passion for service, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- A genuine interest in helping others and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Experience working in a high-volume call environment, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized.
- Familiarity with building maintenance and troubleshooting simple issues.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Florida Time).
