In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Customer Service and Logistics. What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's CS&L team? This position offers customers a personalized service, completing sales work with the aim of delivering orders within the planned deadlines, seeking to solve any problems with excellence.

**What you will do**:

- Collaborative Planning, Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR) to ensure shipment forecast generation (rolling 18 months) and standard methodologies.
- Use point of sale data to forecast trends, as well as, in-stock levels in order to settle impact on Supply Chain key performance indicators.
- Develop appropriate relationships and actively follow up to ensure maximum efficiency on forecasting and inventory management initiatives.
- Provide regular communication and analysis of business results to the Supply Chain, Customer Alliance Management and Customer Development Team.
- Formulate specific action plans to address issues and improve opportunities that support Customer, Supply Chain and Sales objectives.
- Continued development, improvement, and implementation of Collaborative Planning, Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR) standard methodologies; internally and externally.
- Serve as liaison between Customer Development and Customer Service to assure strong execution of the order fulfillment process.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-4 years experience in consumer goods companies in Customer Service, Demand planning, Distribution/ Warehouse, or similar role in Supply Chain.
- Google Suite or Microsoft Office tools
- Intermediate-advanced English level
- Proficient in Excel

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP, DOMO, Power Bi
